The name of this website is TTB Forecasts.com. T.T.B. is short for Teru-Teru Bozu (japanese weather dolls made by children to bring good luck in terms of the weather.) A side from the abreviation, the word 'Forecasts' should denote the fact that the website involves weather predictions.
